| Abstract: |
The article focuses on the principles of operation for the school administrators in the U.S. School administrators must learn how to accept change in order to develop in concept and in practice. They need to adapt changes in social conditions from developments in government, community life and needs of citizens. Educational administrators have the power to change the community through an organized effort, thus, they need to recognize the role of the community in the total educational program. The success of the educational program depends upon the ability of the school administrators to understand the program and make necessary actions for the effectivity of the program. |
