| Abstract: |
The article discusses the role of technology in early childhood classroom. Some people say that technology should not be incorporated during early childhood learning for it will result to unwired brains, hyperactivity and physical impairment. But as it is with other learning tools, technology should be utilized alongside learning experiences. Ways on how teachers can use technology to aid young students take on in critical thinking activities and practice basic skills. In the book "Classroom Instruction That Works," authors Robert J. Marzano, Debra Pickering and Jane E. Pollock, named nine categories of instructional strategies, including identifying similarities and differences and cooperative learning, have a high effect on student achievement as research findings indicate. |
