Abstract: The article presents various answers from four library systems regarding how they manage and who is responsible for their library fund-raising. They include the Bozeman Public Library (BPL), the San Antonio Public Library (SAPL), the Johnson County Public Library (JCPL), and the Ocean County Public Library (OCPL). It states that they all use both Friends of Libraries organizations and a Library Foundation to achieve their fund-raising goals. It added that each of these libraries are also assigning some fund-raising tasks to staff members commonly on a departmental basis.
