The article presents an overview of the activities of the "Journal of American History" staff and the Organization of American History (OAH) over the preceding year. Topics discussed include special projects regarding Mormon history, the Hurricane Katrina disaster, and on the journal's web site. Submissions for the journal's Pelzer and Thelen prizes are discussed, staff changes are reported, award winners are acknowledged, and various OAH members are thanked for their help evaluating article manuscripts. |
