| Abstract: |
This case study highlights issues surrounding the transition of a 19-year-old man with moderate learning disabilities and a psychotic illness from child and adolescent mental health services to adult services. He had undergone hemispherectomy following Rasmussen's encephalitis at a young age. Important issues in transition of care are discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
