Abstract: The article discusses a court case wherein the former student plaintiff sued Monroe College for its failure to accommodate his visual impairment and dismissal of him for complaining. The U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York granted judgment for the college because the plaintiff could not show the college's failure. The Court stated that the college made reasonable accommodations for the plaintiff and that he failed to show lessening of his educational access by an alleged delay.
