Abstract:	The article reports on the accidents of athletic teams wherein the author suggests to review its legal duties for an assurance of a safe travel. It cites the case of Clement v. Griffin where the institution was held liable for an accident that causes student's injuries when a van owned by the college with 13 athletes had blowout its tire and crashed. Furthermore, the institution was found to be negligent for its failure to maintain the vehicle.
