The article discusses the use of interactive whiteboards (IWB) in pre-kindergarten (pre-K) through third grade mathematics education. It addresses methods for aligning educational technology with U.S. educational standards and best practices, as well as notes the benefits of interactive technology in early childhood education. It provides guidelines and relevant math lessons for each grade level. Other topics explored include the essential characteristics of math lessons, digital and virtual technologies for math education, and the importance of student interaction with technology. |
