The article discusses the significant aspects of shared school leadership and how it transformed a low-performing elementary in Colorado. The authors tackle the importance of creating a team of teachers to share leadership to improve the quality of instruction and the achievement of all students. They also tackles the things to consider to develop shared leadership and its difference with traditional leadership. |
