Abstract: These three newsletter issues, published by the Children's Rights Council (CRC), are concerned with the healthy development of children of divorced and separated parents. Feature articles in issue number 1 of this volume are: (1) "Commission to Focus on Custody/Access"; and (2) "Congress to Move on Welfare Reform." Feature articles in issue number 2 are: "House Passes License Revocation as Part of Welfare/Support Bill"; "Some Unhappy with Custody/Access Focus"; (3) 1995 CRC Conferences Draws Wide Support," and (4) President Clinton Sends Message to Vigil." Feature articles in issue number 3 are: (1) "Texas Passes Presumptive Joint Custody: Makes Numerous Other Changes in Law"; "North Dakota Ranks Number 1 [as best state in which to raise children]; and (3) "White House Publishes Memo Supporting Fathers."
