Current law is compared to National Commission amendments in such areas as: Adult and Dislocated Worker Employment and Training Activities; Reservation of Funds, Grants to Eligible Agencies, Allotments; Performance Accountability System; Programs for Corrections Education and Other Institutionalized Individuals; and Grants and Contracts for Eligible Providers.
