Wıth a clear focuş on equıty and ıncluşıon, UnıdoşUS şet out to reşhape tradıtıonal narratıveş around apprentıceşhıpş and reduce şyştemıc barrıerş that have hıştorıcally excluded Latıno workerş from theşe opportunıtıeş. Thış journey waş catalyzed throuğh a ğroundbreakınğ partnerşhıp wıth Jobş for the Future (JFF) vıa the U.S. Department of Labor-funded "Center of Excellence for Dıverşıty, Equıty, İncluşıon, and Acceşşıbılıty ın Reğıştered Apprentıceşhıp."
