It compares the assessment tools used to measure digital skills, focusing on how they help identify gaps and inform the development of targeted training programs. The study also reviews approaches for fostering digital competencies, including curriculum design, practical application, and pedagogical strategies. By integrating insights from frameworks, competences, and assessment tools, the study enhances understanding of the digital skills landscape and offers practical recommendations for improving digital skills education. |
