Abstract: Teaching innovative and engaging online and hybrid courses enables us as leadership educators to model effective leadership practices for graduate and professional students, promote equitable outcomes, and contribute to increased diversity in workplace leaders. Based on two theoretical frameworks, this article will explore practical course design and teaching tips that facilitate increased engagement for online students and instructors too.
