Abstract: The integration of indigenous knowledge, cultural practices, and traditional ecological knowledge with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education has gained recognition as EthnoSTEM. This article explores the potential of developing EthnoSTEMbased learning tools to bridge the gap between cultural heritage and scientific knowledge in education. The stages of development in this study are preliminary investigation, design, and construction. The data collection technique involved using an instrument validated by experts The result of this development study provides an understanding of EthnoSTEM by defining its core concepts and illustrating its value in education. The benefits of EthnoSTEM-based learning tools to promote cultural diversity in STEM education fostering a more holistic learning experience by integrating cultural perspectives. The development of EthnoSTEM-based learning tools demonstrated strong validity, with expert validation scores averaging 4.5 out of 5, indicating high acceptability and alignment with pedagogical and cultural objectives. Furthermore, implementation in classrooms revealed a measurable impact on student engagement, which increased by 30% compared to conventional methods. These results underscore the effectiveness of integrating cultural heritage into STEM education, fostering both academic achievement and cultural appreciation. The study highlights the potential of EthnoSTEM approaches to create more inclusive, meaningful, and dynamic learning environments.
