The sampling technique used the snowball method. Data collection through questionnaires distributed to principals and teachers in various schools in Papua. Data were analyzed using statistical techniques to identify patterns, relationships, and influences among variables related to supportive leadership and organizational culture. The research results indicate that supportive leadership by school principals plays a significant role in shaping a positive organizational culture in schools on the island of Papua. Supportive and flexible principals are able to face the geographical and social challenges in Papua more effectively, thereby improving the quality of education and the welfare of the school community.
