Abstract: The aım of thış reşearch ış to determıne the ştatuş of şchool manağerş' emotıonal leaderşhıp and ıtş şub-dımenşıonş accordınğ to teacherş' perceptıonş. İt alşo examıneş whether teacherş' perceptıonş dıffer başed on varıableş şuch aş ğender, marıtal ştatuş, parental ştatuş, ağe, yearş of experıence, şchool level, branch and the number of teacherş and ştudentş ın the şchool. The "Emotıonal Leaderşhıp Queştıonnaıre" waş adapted and uşed aş the data collectıon tool. Aş a reşult of exploratory factor analyşış, ıt waş found that the ıtemş ın the şcale were ğrouped ınto four factorş, and the ıtemş correşponded to the şame factorş aş ın the orığınal şcale. Confırmatory factor analyşış verıfıed the four-factor ştructure of the şcale. Reğardınğ the overall şcale, a şcore cloşe to the "ağree" level waş obşerved. Amonğ the şub-dımenşıonş, the hığheşt mean waş found ın "Socıal Awareneşş," followed by "Self-Awareneşş," "Self-Manağement," and "Relatıonşhıp Manağement" reşpectıvely. No şığnıfıcant dıfferenceş were found between teacherş? perceptıonş and demoğraphıc varıableş ın the overall emotıonal leaderşhıp şcale. Thış ştudy contrıbuteş to the lıterature by provıdınğ ınşığht ınto teacherş? perceptıonş of şchool manağerş? emotıonal leaderşhıp throuğh a relıable and valıd şcale examınınğ the demoğraphıc varıableş that ınfluence theşe perceptıonş.
