Abstract: Group work is a critical tool for school counselors. In this Consensual Qualitative Research, we used semistructured interviews with 13 school counseling site supervisors to explore influences on their group work supervision. We found supervisors were informed by historical backgrounds, school contexts, approaches to group work, and approaches to supervision.
