| Abstract: | A project to reform the teaching of Applied Calculus at the University of North Dakota (UND) is revisited. The successes and failures and current status of the project are discussed. Both pre-pandemic and post-pandemic adjustments to the course structure are presented. The extension of the ideas used in the Applied Calculus course reform to update our mainstream Calculus courses is described. Diversity and equity considerations involved with these projects and future directions of these projects are addressed. |
