Abstract: Investigated practices in diagnosing mental retardation within vocational rehabilitation. Reviewed files of 113 rehabilitation clients to determine which intelligence scales were used to diagnose clients. The results suggested that many considered retarded according to vocational rehabilitation might not be considered retarded according to other diagnostic systems. (BH)
