Abstract (English): Introduction: The incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in education is essential to promote innovative pedagogical practices that foster a culture of peace and school coexistence. Objective: to review the main pedagogical and technological guidelines present in international and national regulations, with emphasis on Colombian guidelines, which guide the integration of ICT in education. Methodology: a qualitative methodology was used based on the systematic review of 20 documents obtained from databases such as Scielo, Redalyc, Google Scholar and Scopus, as well as from international organizations, scientific articles and official documents published between 2015 and 2025 were considered. Results: the effective integration of ICTs in pedagogical practice to strengthen school coexistence requires: curricular innovation, teacher training, organizational transformation, ethical use of technologies, creation of open digital environments, adequate technological infrastructure and taking advantage of the potential of ICTs in promoting a culture of peace. Conclusions: the analyzed regulations promote the responsible use of technologies, the development of digital competences, the curricular resignification, recognizing the value of ICTs to foster peaceful school environments in line with the demand of contemporary digital society. Abstract (Spanish): Introducción: La incorporación de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en la educación es fundamental para impulsar prácticas pedagógicas innovadoras que fomenten una cultura de paz y convivencia escolar. Objetivo: revisar los principales lineamientos pedagógicos y tecnológicos presentes en normativas internacionales y nacionales, con énfasis en las directrices colombianas, que orienten la integración de las TIC en el ámbito educativo. Metodología: Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa basada en la revisión sistemática de 20 documentos obtenidos en bases de datos como Scielo, Redalyc, Google Scholar y Scopus, así como de organismos internacionales, se consideraron artículos científicos y documentos oficiales publicados entre 2015 y 2025. Resultados: la integración efectiva de las TIC en la práctica pedagógica para fortalecer la convivencia escolar requiere: innovación curricular, formación docente, transformación organizacional, uso ético de las tecnologías, creación de entornos digitales abiertos, infraestructura tecnológica adecuada y aprovechamiento del potencial de las TIC en la promoción de una cultura de paz. Conclusiones: las normativas analizadas promueven el uso responsable de las tecnologías, el desarrollo de competencias digitales, la resignificación curricular, reconociendo el valor de las TIC para fomentar ambientes escolares pacíficos en consonancia con la demanda de la sociedad digital contemporánea. Abstract (Portuguese): Introdução: A incorporação das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) na educação é fundamental para impulsionar práticas pedagógicas inovadoras que promovam uma cultura de paz e convivência escolar. Objetivo: revisar as principais diretrizes pedagógicas e tecnológicas presentes nas normas internacionais e nacionais, com ênfase nas diretrizes colombianas, que orientam a integração das TIC no âmbito educacional. Metodologia: Utilizou-se uma metodologia qualitativa baseada na revisão sistemática de 20 documentos obtidos em bases de dados como Scielo, Redalyc, Google Scholar e Scopus, bem como de organismos internacionais, considerando artigos científicos e documentos oficiais publicados entre 2015 e 2025. Resultados: a integração efetiva das TIC na prática pedagógica para fortalecer a convivência escolar requer: inovação curricular, formação docente, transformação organizacional, uso ético das tecnologias, criação de ambientes digitais abertos, infraestrutura tecnológica adequada e aproveitamento do potencial das TIC na promoção de uma cultura de paz. Conclusões: as normas analisadas promovem o uso responsável das tecnologias, o desenvolvimento de competências digitais, a ressignificação curricular, reconhecendo o valor das TIC para promover ambientes escolares pacíficos, em consonância com a demanda da sociedade digital contemporânea.
