| Abstract: |
The article discusses research which investigated the posttranslational chemical mutagenesis of a protein using carbon-carbon bond formation. Topics discussed include the chemical editing of amino acid residue dehydroalanine (Dha), the selective reaction of radicals with Dha in peptides and proteins, and the creation of many protein side chains. |
