| Abstract (English): | Analysts are increasingly grappling with making space for the discussion of turbulent and disturbing current events in their practices. This social disorder raises questions about the role of social activism and advocacy for groups suffering discrimination, persecution, violence, and displacement. Jung too commented on the immediacy of political happenings that show up in our practices with 'violence'. The author discusses an organizational consultation he did in Berlin in 2017 to consult for an NGO that handles placements for unaccompanied minors who are refugees. Such consultation can employ analytic ideas and concepts to the benefit of the organization and its staff. This process, though, requires some translation of these ideas so as not to burden consultees with theoretical terminology with which they may have little or no familiarity. The role of vicarious trauma is discussed, including how it is passed along, and its implications for frontline helpers are considered. Developmental aspects of adolescence figured prominently in the consultation. This is the first of two papers addressing this topic; the second will focus on interactions that the author had with young refugees. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

Este desorden social trae cuestionamientos con respecto al rol del activismo social, y el abogar por grupos que sufren discriminación, persecución, violencia y desarraigo Jung también ha comentado respecto de la immediatez de sucesos políticos que se manifiestan en nuestra práctica con 'violencia'. El autor discute una consulta organizacional que llevó a cabo en Berlín en 2017, para una ONG que se ocupa de buscar alojamientos para menores refugiados que no están acompañados. Esta consulta puede emplear ideas y conceptos analíticos para beneficio de la organización y de su staff. No obstante, el proceso requiere algunas traducciones de dichas ideas para no abrumar a quienes consultan, con una terminología teórica con la cual están poco o no familiarizados. Le trouble social soulève des questionnements concernant le rôle de l'activisme social et du plaidoyer pour les groupes souffrant de discriminations, de persécutions, de violences et de déplacement géographique. Jung s'est intéressé lui aussi à l'urgence de situations politiques qui font « violement » irruption dans nos salles de consultation. L'auteur revient sur une consultation dans laquelle il a été impliqué au niveau d'une ONG à Berlin en 2017, ONG qui s'occupe du placement de réfugiés mineurs et non accompagnés. De telles consultations peuvent s'appuyer sur des idées et des concepts analytiques d'une manière utile pour l'organisation et ses employés. Soziale Unordnung wirft Fragen über die Rolle von sozialem Aktivismus und der Interessenvertretung für Gruppen auf, die unter Diskriminierung, Verfolgung, Gewalt und Vertreibung leiden. Auch Jung äußerte sich zur Unmittelbarkeit politischer Geschehnisse, die sich in unseren Behandlungen mit 'Gewalt' zeigen. Der Autor schildert eine Organisationsberatung, die er 2017 in Berlin für eine NGO durchgeführt hat, welche Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für unbegleitete minderjährige Flüchtlinge vermittelt. I disordini sociali sollevano interrogativi sul ruolo dell'attivismo e del sostegno a gruppi che subiscono discriminazioni, persecuzioni, violenze e trasferimenti forzati. Anche Jung parlò dell'immediatezza degli avvenimenti politici che entrano nella nostra pratica con "violenza". L'Autore riflette su una consulenza che fece a Berlino nel 2017 per una ONG che gestisce la collocazione di minori non accompagnati, che sono rifugiati. Una simile consulenza può utilizzare idee e concetti analitici che aiutano l'organizzazione ed il suo staff. Questo processo richiede un adattamento di certe idee in modo da non appesantire i consultanti con una terminologia teorica con la quale potrebbero non avere alcuna familiarità. | Abstract (Russian): | Аналитики все больше борются за пространство для обсуждения бурных и нарушающих спокойствие событий в своей практике. Социальные беспорядки поднимают вопросы о социальной активности и защите групп, страдающих от дискриминации, преследований, насилия и вынужденного переселения. Юнг тоже писал о политических происшествиях, которые «насильно» вторгаются в нашу практику. В статье автор повествует об организационной консультации, проведенной им для NGO в Берлине в 2017 году. Эта организация помогает с размещением несопровождаемых несовершеннолетних беженцев. Подобная консультация заимствует идеи и понятия аналитической психологии и использует их для улучшения работы организации и ее персонала.
