Abstract: In the article, the authors present a study which examined the relationship of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) fear and financial distress effects with anxiety and wellbeing among employees in India. Based on the results, there are significant relationships of fear, economic hardship, and financial threat with anxiety. Also cited is how financial distress has induced high level of anxiety among the employees.
