| Abstract: |
The article offers information about the results of the study conducted on the 24-hour reality orientation approach, a cognitive stimulation approach to counter dementia. Most ageing people believe that memory declines gradually when it is not used. They believe that mental activities and exercise will help them prevent memory decline. However, it is not clear to them of which memory activity really cures dementia. This study found that the said approach is applicable to stage dementia. |
