| Abstract: |
The article describes the case of a 37-year-old man with a history of side-locked headache attacks that are associated with ipsilateral lacrimation, conjunctival injection and bilateral photophobia and phonophobia. Based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the patient's brain has a large mass arising from the left planum sphenoidale that exerts mass effect on the adjacent frontal love, optic tract and cavernous sinus. The authors suggested a diagnosis of secondary headache in patients with specific symptoms. |
