| Abstract (English): | The research is developed in the context of the Cali city, analyzing the advances and limitations around the political struggles and cultural constructions of the organizational process in a territory located between rural and urban areas in the Community Council of Black Communities of Playa Renaciente in Cali city. This location represents for the community to face together with the organizational process several vicissitudes before the local and national institutionality, related to the land and its continuity in the territory. The collection of primary information was carried out from 2019 to 2021 under an ethnographic approach, with the selection of a sample of inhabitants of the Community Council, to whom an instrument for the collection of quantitative information was applied. Comprendió el análisis de los avances y limitaciones en torno a las luchas políticas y construcciones culturales del proceso organizativo, en un territorio ubicado entre lo rural y lo urbano, concretamente en el Consejo Comunitario de Comunidades Negras Playa Renaciente. Esta ubicación representa para la comunidad enfrentar, junto al proceso organizativo, diversas vicisitudes ante la institucionalidad local y nacional, relacionadas con la tierra y su continuidad en el territorio. La recolección de información primaria se realizó entre el 2019 y el 2021 bajo un enfoque etnográfico, con la selección de una muestra de habitantes del Consejo Comunitario a quienes se les aplicó la entrevista como principal instrumento para la obtención de datos cuantitativos.
