The article analyzes the dissociation between a leftist, liberating, revolutionary discourse, in relation to the relationship between men and women, and more specifically motherhood and the ancestral patriarchal model that remains unquestioned. It is proposed to carry out a comparative study between discourses and praxis and how egalitarian thought does not permeate the ideological corpus of the left. El artículo analiza la disociación entre un discurso de izquierdas, liberador, revolucionario, en relación a las relaciones hombres y mujeres, y más en concreto la maternidad y el ancestral modelo patriarcal que permanece incuestionable. Se propone realizar un estudio comparado entre los discursos y la praxis y cómo el pensamiento igualitario no llega a impregnar el corpus ideológico de izquierdas.
