| Abstract (English): | This work is part of a larger proposal, which proposes a comparative analysis of the graphic novel Red Border (2020), among many others, that address border violence from a fictional perspective. The objective of this article is to share the reading of this text, whose actions take place on the border between Mexico and the United States. In addition to the spatial coincidence, this sequential work of art recreates, based on an effect of reality, a seemingly recent moment in the history of the area, in which themes such as migration and the physical aggressions against the characters' bodies, which we usually refer to as violence, converge.
