| Abstract (English): | This study examines the influence of psychoanalysis on De Certeau's historical reflection, highlighting his rejection of a timeless unconscious in historical practice. Historical writing is conceived through the tension between structure and absence, normative law and singular act, institutional power and individual resistance. Within this framework, the analysis of the Schreber case serves as a privileged laboratory to explore the relationship between mystical resistance and institutional violence, showing how institution and act mutually constitute each other in a historical field marked by the impossible. | Abstract (Spanish): | Este trabajo analiza la incidencia del psicoanálisis en la reflexión histórica de De Certeau, destacando su rechazo de la noción de un inconsciente intemporal en la práctica histórica. La escritura de la historia se piensa a partir de la tensión entre estructura y ausencia, ley normativa y acto singular, poder de la institución y resistencia del sujeto. En este marco, el análisis del caso Schreber se convierte en un laboratorio privilegiado para explorar la relación entre resistencia mística y violencia institucional, mostrando cómo institución y acto se constituyen mutuamente en un campo histórico atravesado por lo imposible.
