| Summary: | Ingeniería was founded in Uruguay in the 20's, published by the Engineering Students Center. Forty-five issues appeared throughout twenty-three years, although not regulary. They contained, among other things, abstracts of the lectures given by European visiting professors (Rey Pastor, Borel, Severi, Terradas,...) and transcriptions of chapters of scientifc books (Hadamard,...) together with litterary passages (Kipling, Verlaine, Victor Hugo,...). But it can also be found there students original works and notes which reflect their life, their relationship with the Faculty and University decissions and, why not, the country history, too. |
