Summary:The article exposes transitions of teacher training from educational practices which, from the comunagogía, are configuring trajectories of epistemic sovereignty in public institutions of the District of Bogotá. This process of formation establishes ruptures, among others, with anthropocentric and mercantile conceptions of time, with the fragmentation of knowledge; In return, are emerging ideas of reciprocity with nature, diverse interpretations of reality, empowered teachers in their work transcending established schedules and, in short, an alternative teacher.
