Summary:In this document, the reader may see the results of the sensory evaluation of the coffee cup’s quality related to the different agroforestry modifications in the coffee production process in the Timaná municipality (Huila). Production variables, agriculture management terms and specially soil chemistry characteristics were typified, which through an statistical multivariate analysis ended up in results which affirmed investigations done in Costa Rica and contributed fresh knowledge on the effect between the soil chemistry characteristics and the coffee cup’s quality.
